New Paintings and Great news!

 I have just received word that I have been accepted For the 2012 Artists Residence Program in Ivvavik National Park - I will be painting in the arctic at the north west corner of the Yukon where it meets the Arctic Ocean! For more info here is the link: Ivvavik Artsist's Residency 2012
Here's the latest paintings. The mountain paintings are from photos I have of my collection of Banff photos, having been born and raised there, I seem to have a lot. They were inspired by David Bellamy - I love the way he capturs light on the mountains. One of the ice huts on Constance Bay was done in acrylic on canvas and the Red oak and butterflies were done in watercolours on canvas.
