Oil Paintings

In January of 2009 I became discouraged with the glass and matts needed for framing my watercolors and pen & ink drawings. I decided to give oils a try again. When I originally began painting it was with an oil painting set that I received for my 13th birthday. The first mountain painting that I did is still one of my favorites. My daughter Nicky has it now. So here are a few of my attempts to relearn this wonderful medium - now I need to return to Banff to paint mountains again!
